Pinpoint Fitness Franchise Opportunities
We are a physical education and athletic training organization specializing in parkour and obstacle course training, with a growing network of branches across the UAE and Kenya.
Over the past 7+ years, we have gained extensive experience working with thousands of children, including many neurodiverse children on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD, motor planning difficulties, dyslexia and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Our programs help children develop strength, coordination, confidence and resilience through structured athletic training.
Following numerous enquiries about opening Pinpoint Fitness centers internationally, we conducted extensive research and due diligence into the franchise sector. As a result, we have decided to expand the Pinpoint Fitness model through franchising and are now accepting applications from suitable partners around the world, including the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
The Pinpoint Fitness franchise model may vary depending on the country being developed and could include:
- Single-unit franchises
- Area or regional development agreements
- Master franchise opportunities
The minimum expected investment is approximately $250,000 USD.
We have worked closely with a team of highly experienced UK franchise consultants to develop the Pinpoint franchise model. These consultants are affiliated with the British Franchise Association, and their work follows established franchising best practices.

Pinpoint Coaches Academy
Pinpoint Fitness is built on a structured training methodology supported by the Pinpoint Coaches Academy.
The academy provides:
- Coach training and certification
- Detailed class structure and curriculum
- Operational procedures for running a successful center
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
This ensures every Pinpoint Fitness location can deliver the same high standards and outstanding results.
Online Learning Platform
Our programs are delivered through a structured training framework and detailed SOPs that every coach follows.
To support this system, Pinpoint has developed its own online learning platform and Coaches Mobile App, where coaches access training materials, certifications, coaching guidelines, SOPs, and the full Pinpoint operating manual.
