These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pinpoint Fitness mobile application, website, and digital services (“Platform”), operated by Pinpoint Fitness LLC.
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Account Registration
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use, misuse, or interference with the Platform is prohibited.
3. Digital Content and Services
Access to courses, schedules, programs, and digital content is provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. Payments and Purchases
All purchases for classes, packages, and services are completed outside of the mobile applications through our official website or authorized platforms.
The mobile apps and platforms do not support in-app purchases. Any future digital purchases, if introduced, will comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.
5. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pinpoint Fitness LLC is not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control.
